Why are these five concepts missing:
As described in episode 1 of the Toy-Physics podcast, this work is aimed toward a different target than that of contemporary physics story - measurement, prediction, and control of material properties and behavior. As discovered in the first half of the twentieth century, success in that mission can be achieved by fitting mathematical forms to data, with no need for sensory-experience mechanistic understanding. That reality, combined with the material-centric priorities of our culture, has led almost exclusively to reliance on sophisticated mathematical insight within the physics community in thinking about observed behavior.
Rather than seeking outward material-centric measurement, prediction and control methods, this work seeks inward behavior-centric sensation, perception, and choice about this universe and our place in it. Contemplation returns to classical thought based in sensory experience and imagination, with the intention of discovering socially relevant understanding of the nature of relativistic behavior.
